The strengths and standing of this branch here are the facilities and well qualified faculties in the department. We aim to develop specialized knowledge in Electrical Engineering with much emphasis on knowledge based teaching and industrial exposure to develop the student’s skills in Electrical Power System Design, Control System Operation, Electric Drives and many other fields. Our main emphasis is on laboratory experiments and design projects, so the infrastructure and lab facilities are upgraded on a routine basis and provide adequate opportunities for the students to learn and innovate. In order to have nourishment in the knowledge and background in the areas of Electrical Engineering, our department regularly organize community development programs, symposiums, FDPs, seminars, workshops and conferences in various specialized fields. We are tied up with many world class Institutions, IITs so that students can get exposure to the world class academic environment.
We are continuously updating ourselves with the latest changes in technology in the field of Electrical Engineering to keep pace with the latest development & requirement of Industries & Organizations.
